Care from day one

When we start a larger renovation, the first thing we do is secure the setting. The house is wrapped properly — tarpaulins, scaffolding, protection of floors and fittings — so that neither the weather nor the work leaves needless marks. It is a matter of respect for the property, for you who live there, and for the neighbours around you.

As little noise and dust as possible

We plan the work so that the noisiest tasks are grouped together and can be announced in advance. Indoors we use dust-extracting tools wherever it makes sense, and separate work areas with dust screens. It does not remove every inconvenience — but it makes a real difference to anyone living or working in the building while the job runs.

Close dialogue throughout

Every week you get a status update — short and direct. What happened last week, what is happening this week, and where we stand against the programme. No building project runs 100% to plan, but you always know where we are.

When the scaffolding comes down

The moment the scaffolding, the tarpaulins and the protection come off and the house stands free again is one of the best days in any renovation. Suddenly the result can be seen at full scale — and that is the experience we work towards the whole way through.
