Sketch proposal
We begin by translating your ambitions into concrete proposals — in the form of plans, sections, elevations, and where relevant 3D visualisations. You receive 2-3 alternatives to choose between before we proceed with details.
Authority project
We prepare the necessary documentation for the municipal building department — drawings, descriptions, energy calculations, and waiver applications. For listed properties, we also handle the dialogue with the heritage authority.
Main project
Detailed drawings, material selection, and tender documents — the basis on which the actual construction is performed. We choose the level of detail in consultation with you, so the project can be executed precisely as drawn.
